  • All cabins are equipped for light housekeeping with heat, showers, bedding, and fan.
  • Kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker,toaster, microwave, dishes,pots & pans and silverware.
  • Bring your own bath towels, soap and shampoo.
    • WIFI is available on the Grandview side of the resort, no WIFI on Tall Timber.  Cabin TT#3( Dockside) has no TV.

    50% deposit required to confirm reservation

    DEPOSIT
    A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
    The balance is due upon arrival.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Deposits are non-refundable if the vacancy cannot be refilled.
    If refilled, a refund minus $100 processing fee will be given.

    No pets are allowed!  Our insurance company no longer permits us to accept pets due to liability issues.
     No smoking in cabins. We do permit smoking just outside. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but it's really hard to keep the cabins nice and fresh otherwise.
